The connector type doesn't affect whether you plug both ends in; ensure both pins are correctly connected for proper functionality.

Only add the +4 section when using a 13900K/14900K or HEDT platform; otherwise, one 8-pin connector suffices.

No, you can't simply use 2 4+4 pin cables. They are designed for specific configurations and may not fit your setup. Check the cable requirements before connecting.
