The motherboard seems to be faulty.
I was installing rgb strips in my case and everything functioned fine. I powered it off for the night and upon waking the next morning there was no display. I’m worried I damaged part of the motherboard while fitting the rgb. I possibly touched it, which might have caused a short circuit. The issue seems linked to the graphics card fans and CPU fans—only one case fan spins while the others stay off, and the display doesn’t work. Also, the rgb works, but my keyboard and mouse stop lighting up when I power on the PC. I’ve tested various HDMI and DisplayPort cables, switched power cables, and ensured everything is securely connected. I suspect the motherboard might be faulty. Do you think anyone knows? Also, would replacing the motherboard require changing the CPU and RAM? My CPU is a Ryzen 5 1600 and the board is an ASRock B450M PRO4.
