Recent troubles: Last night I powered off the PC and couldn’t turn it back on. Morning attempt failed. Removing the GPU caused the system to freeze at VGA Light On (white), but since the CPU lacks an integrated GPU, nothing appears. Installing a GPU led to endless restarts before any logo or BIOS screen shows up.
GPUs tested: RX 550, GTX 1050 Ti, RTX 2060 all functioned on my friend’s machine, including RAM and power supplies (Corsair CX 450, Cooler Master G800).
Cleaned motherboard with 70% alcohol, reset CMOS for over six hours.

Hey! Did you figure out how to resolve this? It’s happening again. I’m using a 12600K processor, can start Windows fine, but when I connect the power to my AMD graphics card it keeps resetting. I have the same model and specs.
I resolved it myself by researching online. It seems older graphics cards sometimes face compatibility issues with newer motherboards due to Windows 11 security updates. Naturally, this isn’t MSI’s responsibility for not offering a solution. My approach was updating the oldest BIOS and changing from UEFI to CSM mode. Then I plan to update my card’s BIOS again.
