I’m looking for a way to connect your Noctua NH-U12S to the Dell PowerEdge T110. The only available header has five pins and is just labeled “fan.” You might need an adapter to convert it to the four-pin configuration required by your server. Check if a compatible fan header adapter exists for this model.

That is the manufacturer's proprietary CPU cooler fan connector... You can connect a SATA or Molex to a 3-pin or 4-pin fan adapter. The fan will probably spin at maximum speed because it lacks RPM adjustment.
