The motherboard isn't turning on.
Shut down the PC and disable the I/O button on the PSU. The next day, the PC failed to turn on completely—no screen or power detected. I've tried several solutions: tested the PSU with a wired pin method (unknown slot), it worked fine. CPU and RAM checks on other PCs also succeeded. Now I'm focusing on the motherboard. I used a screwdriver to short the power supply pins, but there was no response. The PSU fan didn't spin, yet USB ports powered devices like keyboards, mice, and flash drives. Any advice?
