all connections are correct. It didn’t start unless the 12-volt connector was removed, even though there was no screen.

There might still be a chance for MOS shorting in the VRM area, even if you didn’t experience issues before. Since you recently purchased the motherboard, it’s possible the components haven’t fully stabilized or connected properly. Always double-check connections and power supply stability.

Corrected the issue by testing with a multimeter, identified one shorted MOSFET, and swapped it in with an old motherboard. The system restarted successfully. Thank you for your assistance.
