The motherboard included an SLI bridge?
This appears to be the exception rather than the rule. The version we're looking at doesn't include the advanced features or the newer "flipped-NVLink" update, so it won't respond to requests for 20 series.
Most boards offering SLI features already include them. Knowing this helps estimate their future worth.
I acquired bridges for various configurations with my motherboard. It's improbable it will ever have resale worth, though I'd store it safely if you're preserving it. It's hard to predict who might need it next and they could owe you something. After all, I tend to collect tech gadgets.
It's quite typical, although they're becoming less frequent. I think I have some boxes of sling and crossfire bridges in there.
