Hello. The power cut occurred while the PC was active. Once it came back, I turned it on but noticed slow performance—posting and displaying took a long time. The GPU, monitor, and HDMI cable are functioning properly; I tested two GPUs. Despite this, the motherboard’s LED stays stuck at "VGA" even though the GPU info appears during boot using a GT520 video card or an GTX970 with EVGA output. Changing RAM shows a warning about CPU/memory changes and prompts to set up the system. After waiting about 15 seconds, pressing F1 loads setup or F2 applies defaults, but it won’t accept keyboard input. Once accepted, it freezes. The numlock toggle and Ctrl+Alt-Del work, though responses take 1-2 seconds. Both GPUs function correctly on another machine, indicating the motherboard is sending a signal but something is preventing proper boot without a GPU. I attempted to clear CMOS, remove all drives/SSDs, and reinsert cables with correct specs: MSI H310M PRO-VDH PLUS Intel i3-9100F 8GB RAM.
