on the msi h81M E-33 motherboard, only one ram slot appears functional while the other shows a black screen after boot. upon switching to the second slot, the system restarts and displays hardware-mounted ram, but restarting again leaves the screen black. the system remains powered on despite troubleshooting updates, BIOS changes, CMOS checks, battery tests, pin inspections, fan status, and more. assistance needed to resolve this issue.
