I recently tackled a comparable issue with a brand new setup: Asus Prime B650M-A equipped with Ryzen 7500 and 6000Mhz RAM. Two distinct long and short beeps signaled a memory fault. Updating the BIOS via flashback didn’t resolve it. Initially worried about incompatibility, I removed all components and discovered a bent pin in the AM5 socket that was shorted to an adjacent one. After carefully straightening it with a magnifying glass, the motherboard finally activated!
