Specs include an MB - NZXT B650E, a 7950x3d CPU, an RTX 4090 GPU, two M.2 SSDs, a 1000W power supply, and a NZXT Kraken Elite cooler. The RAM is Teamgroup T-Force Delta RGB with 64GB, but I'm unsure why the system isn't starting. I've re-seated the RAM multiple times and checked each individually to rule out motherboard issues. It seems the problem might be with the CPU or PSU. The PSU hasn't been tested much, though it came new. I've updated the BIOS but didn't notice any changes. My CPU temperature stays between 23-25°F, suggesting a possible hardware issue. I tried resetting the CMOS but had no luck. I'm seeking advice from others on this forum.

Hello there! Could you share the make and model of your PSU? For your motherboard, it would be helpful to check the CPU socket for any bent or damaged pins. Also, consider loosening the screws securing the AIO's block onto the CPU. Which RAM slots are you using on the motherboard?

Thank you.
I examined the connections and don’t think they’re bent, though I’m new to building PCs so I’m unsure what it should look like. Here’s how it appears:
If necessary, I’ll loosen the AIO to check if the pins are the problem.
Regarding the RAM, I’ve experimented with a swap from A2 and B2 to A1 and B1, but neither of the RGB indicators shows up in the slots anymore.
