I'm excited about cyberpunk. I just got a new setup, which should mean no issues running it.
In reality, I think Cyberpunk 2077 is likely being greatly exaggerated, especially after seeing how CDPR has adjusted their expectations.
I was compiling a list of games I hadn’t played yet. I’m definitely going to try this one too, since 4K at 60fps would really help me see more ahead and plan my moves better. This particular game let me pick resolution instead of frame rate, which made it easier to spot enemies in the distance.
I'm interested in trying it, though I'm unsure about its performance on my PC. It makes me wonder if future Sony games and HZD titles will also be available for PC. HZD offers truly amazing surround sound. I ended up turning off all the HUD and music to focus solely on the environment and audio cues. Interestingly, GOW also provides decent surround sound, possibly because I disabled my HUD, but Mimir or Atreus alert me when enemies are approaching from behind, helping me dodge. Great feature!
I typically purchase items around their initial release age, but I've been holding onto this for ten years now.
Sony mentioned they wouldn’t consistently release exclusives for PC, though I’m not sure what that means right before the PS5 arrived. It seems logical now that those who already have the games on PS4 can get them on PC too. I believe their exclusives will eventually reach PC, but it might take similar time. It really depends on how much patience you’re willing to have. Regarding surround sound, it’s disappointing to think many players still play without it. I’ve enjoyed surround sound since the Soundblaster Live! cards launched in 1998, and it has improved a lot over the years—even with 7.1 speakers, Dolby Atmos represents a significant advancement.
