I purchased a fresh AIO cooler and linked a 4-pin female connector to the ARGB header, yet the light remains inactive. The radiator indicators function properly. What should I try next?

The fans on that device share the same cable as the RGB pump. If this is the case, I’d file a support ticket requesting a replacement part.
