I'll begin by addressing the most frequent fixes:
- Yes, cable connections are secure and verified.
- Yes, the monitor functions properly.
- Yes, the GPU operates correctly.
- Yes, the regular monitor is working well.
- Yes, drivers and system updates are current.

The problem lies with your setup. Your Elgato 4k60 PCI-E Capture card sends output to your Ugreen HDMI Switcher, which feeds into your main monitor. Your secondary monitor is plugged directly into the GPU. You've used this configuration for six years without any problems. Recently, you upgraded your monitor to a BENQ RL2755-B, replacing your older LG 24GN600-B model.

With the new LG monitor, everything works perfectly. When you disconnect the LG and install the BENQ, you receive a "No Signal Detected" alert. The PC runs with two screens, but the BENQ display doesn't appear. The monitor settings only let you choose input ports, not video sources. When you connect the BENQ to your laptop, video displays without issues.

The issue seems to be that the HDMI switch is not properly routing the signal from the capture card to the secondary monitor. Since you're using a console or changing HDMI channels, the connection might not be stable. Try switching to a different HDMI input on your PC and see if the problem persists. If it does, check the HDMI switch's settings or cable connections.

I’m not sure what you’re aiming for. The screen functions properly when connected to your laptop as a secondary display. All GPU connections are working fine. The issue appears when trying to use the Elgato card’s output, and I’m unsure if it’s a problem with this monitor or a configuration mistake. Could you clarify your goal?

I used my old Elagto HD60 with a USB capture card before. It functioned perfectly. The problem started after switching to the new Elgato Pro PCI-e. The capture card still works now. I’m currently using it. The only issue is that the monitor didn’t display video when I replaced it.

It seems the Elgato Pro Psi-e capture card might not work with the latest monitor.

Your motherboard supports the hardware you have, but there might be compatibility considerations. The GeForce GPU and Elgato 4K Pro are both compatible with your ASRock B760M PG Lightning, though ensure the monitor is set to 1080p60 for optimal performance. Check if any driver updates or BIOS settings need adjusting. If issues persist, verify cable connections and power delivery.

Consider restricting all PCIe devices to version 3.0.
