I’m not expecting any assistance here, but let me try. I own a Huawei HG658 and it’s not functioning well. Most of the LEDs are lit and it doesn’t respond to the reset button or any other buttons except power. The power, internet, and VoiP LEDs are orange, while the rest are green even though the installation guide didn’t mention anything about them. I’m saying I have no idea if anyone can fix this issue.

Have you attempted a restart? Is this a device supplied by your ISP? If yes, reach out to them regarding the problem.
