As @obi-fade-kenobi posted, that is correct tool. However, that being said, the official tool from Microsoft does not support UEFI booting for Windows 7 while Rufus does. I personally would recommend using Rufus over the Microsoft official tool.

Sadly, the official utility doesn't generate a UEFI-compatible USB installer for Windows 7 or Vista. However, Rufus can handle this situation. Both Windows Vista and 7 support UEFI, but the official version lacks the capability. Microsoft hasn't released updates with this feature, which limits UEFI installation options. It seems updating the tool might resolve this issue, allowing you to boot Windows 7 using Rufus instead.
