I received a microphone headset for the holidays. Before this, I was using a blue snowball connected via USB with standard headphones that plugged into the headphone jack. The new headphones have both an audio and microphone port. The audio functions correctly, but the microphone does not work at all; it doesn't capture my voice whatsoever. It seems to be unrecognized, as when checking the sound settings in the control panel and applications, it only shows up as “Realtek high definition audio” instead of “Logitech G…” What should I do?
