I attempted to search online but didn’t locate any information. It seems the Boost microphone feature you recall was specific to Windows 7, and it might not be available or accessible in other versions.

I attempted to make as many changes as possible, but nothing functioned well. I could consider replacing the motherboard with an alternative.
