It might not be Witcher 3 at all, but I doubt it’s pixelated—probably not Fallout or Elder Scrolls in that form. Still, I’m glad it’s the PS4 version and it looks fine.

It doesn’t look great at all, the beards. The hair edges aren’t flawless, but it’s not overly messy or pixelated. Just try running DSR or something similar.

Don't assume your 980 can manage the game at 4K and lower resolutions like 1440p. Also, why is there no AA options available? That seems odd.

The FXAA effect is included in the post-processing options. The hair displays dithering effects naturally, as MSAA can't smooth these details due to their texture and transparency.
