Previously, the file was meant to be accessible 9 minutes prior. Steam doesn<|pad|> to offer no download choice at the moment. Is this a common issue?

I've already tried. Restarting the PC might help. Downloading started—had to turn it off and back on. Thanks. Edited September 1, 2015 by Jayhawk
