Remember the early Xiaomi and Facebook collaboration with Go? After setup, you’re required to view a safety video—can’t skip or fast-forward. It’s been done for at least a year, but the link is now missing, so the device might be being discarded. There seems to be a way around downloading older APKs, though most users probably won’t make it. I find it disappointing that many still have usable devices left.
