The issue seems to be with the boot process of MemTest86. Despite multiple attempts and using a different USB drive, you're still seeing a black screen. Check if the USB is properly connected and try a different one. Also, ensure the software is correctly installed and the motherboard model matches the requirements.
Remove all storage devices and connect only the one running your operating system. Experiment with different SATA ports if you have SATA drives or an M2 SSD, or try various slots. If the issue persists, attempt to flash the BIOS and restore it to factory defaults (simply unplug your Cmost). If Windows installation still fails, choose your USB device as the boot option.
