I purchased a second GPU for GPU passthrough. The initial boot was normal, but after resetting the PC, I ran lspci in the terminal and it didn't appear. The system specs are as follows: an ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 with an RTX 3070 OC, a Ryzen 7 3700X, and a 1000-watt Corsair PSU (the exact model wasn't noted).

Is the RX470 compatible with a single PCIe slot on your motherboard? Does the GPU appear in BIOS on your second PCIe slot (with board viewer enabled)?

Have you experimented with Windows beyond Linux, as discussed earlier?
Reset the CMOS by turning the power supply to the PSU first.
Method one, identify the two-pin Reset.CMOS on the MB (it will be in the manual) and connect it with a metal object for a few seconds.
Method 2, remove the CMOS battery and leave it out for a minute.
Yeah I tried but nothing works. I'm curious how someone could brick the GPU. I'm going to a friend's place to test the GPU on his computer and see if it functions. But then I wonder why it wouldn't work on my system. Maybe enabling IOMMU on the motherboard was the issue.
