I just finished assembling my PC a few hours ago and was excited to begin. But the media creation tool doesn’t let me choose between downloading to a USB drive (my Lenovo 16GB model) or burning it onto a disc. It just shows “There isn’t enough space on the C: drive” after accepting the language and Windows versions. It’s really annoying there’s no way to pick the destination drive. Also, my laptop only has a small 32GB hard drive with just 5GB remaining, so I can’t transfer files to the USB at all. Thanks for your help.

Access Google Drive, move several big files there, build a USB stick, then retrieve the contents.

You might be facing an issue because your tiny SSD isn't compatible with the rest of your setup. Without an external drive and limited to just your PC and laptop, removing files becomes difficult. If you have no access to another computer, complex solutions could be necessary. Is the SSD detachable?

You can delete any files and move them to the USB drive or your phone until you regain access to Windows.

The simplest option is to obtain a different USB drive. The more challenging approach involves starting with a small Linux distribution, installing it, and then creating another bootable USB using Windows on it before installing the desired software. This method could require an additional 2-3 hours compared to a direct Windows installation.
