Ugh, those temperatures are what I want, but if it’s not solid then just drop it. 5G is easy on these kinds of temps. A 14nm spec at 1.52v means you don’t need to worry about voltage until mid-5G, right? If your CPU can even reach that, you’re good. The liquid cooling rig? Yeah, it’ll help a lot.

Full load refers to the maximum capacity being evaluated. You are testing the system or component at its peak performance level.

Are you confirming the test runs under maximum stress? I generally run prime95 with the smallest FFTs (avoid tiny ones that damage VRM), and monitor temps with hwinfo. If you're pushing the CPU to full capacity at 49°C, you've got ample overclocking margin—this 7700K still has a lot of clock speed available from the factory.
