Purchased the Master Chief collection using a digital download code. Operating system is Windows 10 2004 with the Xbox app updated. During installation attempts, encountered "installable device not located" error and refused to proceed. Applied all reset and reinstall suggestions for both Xbox and Windows Store apps. Restarted the PC and waited 24 hours without success. The Xbox profile appears correct as it shows the game, but installation still fails. Any advice would be helpful.

I refer to the version of Windows operating system released in 2004, specifically Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, and Education editions.

I've struggled to start the Master Chief collection on Game Pass for more than six months. I've tested various solutions but have given up. You might want to try getting it on Steam and request a refund for the download code.
