I would pick the lower settings at 60 instead of the maximum at 30 if there were no other options.
Also relies on whether it's single-player or multiplayer. If multiplayer, performance is consistently low to medium across all 60 frames.
I’d aim for 30 fps at the highest setting on a TV, since distance wouldn’t be an issue. For a PC with a monitor just a foot away, I’d opt for 60 fps on medium to low.
Personal taste plays a big role, but I’d go for the middle choice. Smooth medium graphics and consistent 60fps performance.
