The main problem with buzzing in headphones due to the GPU is related to overheating or electrical issues.
I just assembled a new pc and only used the ram and motherboard. Previously, there was a buzz from the GPU to any audio device. It stopped only when I used the included 3.5mm jack with my sennheister 560s. X570-I < STR-DH750 < Headphones/Speakers
Have tried drivers, changed outlets, used different circuits. It just stopped suddenly a week ago, works fine until I scroll or load something heavy on the GPU. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

It seems you might be experiencing a "ground loop." The buzz frequency is likely the mains frequency (50/60Hz). Your motherboard should have an optical Toslink output, which could help disrupt the loop.
I’m not entirely sure, but I think it’s likely in the 60hz range. Unfortunately, I can’t confirm.
If other options don’t work and you have an available PCIe port, you might purchase a sound card with a Toslink connection.
You could also use a USB audio DAC and link the dual phono output to your amplifier. DACs range from about $50 to several thousand dollars for high-end models.
Optical isolation seems to offer the highest likelihood of success. The effectiveness depends on where the interference is entering the audio chain. Certain motherboards separate the audio codec section to minimize EMI.
