Hi there. I hope everyone is enjoying a pleasant day. My main screen works well when I play games in full screen on my primary monitor, but when I try to launch streaming apps like HBO Max or Netflix it shuts off the display and shows a "no signal" alert. I’ve looked up online but haven’t found any details about this issue. Your setup includes a Corsair 5000D, ROG Strix z590-e, Intel i9-11900K, and other components—any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What browser are you running? Is it Edge? If yes, the streaming might be triggering something that’s causing a problem.

Probably the streaming platforms' digital rights management system. They aim to prevent multiple devices from running at once and recording content.

It seems like you're dealing with an HDCP issue. You can verify if it's enabled in your Nvidia Control Center.
