Greeting. I encountered an issue with my computer while watching Youtube. It slowed down significantly, making the mouse movement extremely slow—about one frame per second. I attempted to restart using the power button, but when the boot screen appeared, only a single line (_) was visible in the upper left corner, and it refused to start anything. I tried restarting twice more, yet the same problem persisted. Eventually, I powered off the PC and left it on for a minute before it fully restarted. After that, everything functioned normally. Also, the event viewer didn’t display any error messages. Have you experienced similar issues? What advice would you give?
It happened once more. I believed I resolved it, but the issue persists. During the game, my FPS dropped to just 1. I attempted ALT + CTRL + DEL, but the screen remained so sluggish that I couldn't control the cursor effectively. Eventually, I had to restart my PC. Additionally, within a single second, I noticed the task manager displayed that my internet connection was completely lost.
