Pretty much the title, my laptop just stays warm all the time, I have it usually around 50, 60 cpu degrees even on idle. My 2020 m1 tho doesn't touch 40 even with heavy load. Even when I tried to blow the fans at max for 15 min, no apps, no charging, no nothing, it still would not get lower than 39 degrees max. Why is this laptop getting so hot when my worse laptop sits good doing much more.

The M1 Pro features a higher performance chip with greater components, which may cause it to heat up more.

Those temperatures seem fine to me. It's a more powerful chip than the base M1, so of course it's going to run warmer. It's not running hot though, so there's no need to worry about it.
