The M.2 SATA SSD was functioning properly until it vanished unexpectedly.
Hello guys, so I need some help from the experts here. I have a m.2 sata ssd in my hp laptop and it was run fine I had my windows on it and it was perfectly fine then suddenly the screen just went blank and the laptop turned off. When I turn it back on it says no bootable device found. When I go into my bios my ssd is not shown there as well. So I bought I new m.2 sata ssd and plugged it in and it works fine. Then what I did was install my Windows on my hdd and plugged the ssd which I had earlier inside to see if I could find it in my hard disk partition and its not there as well. So I am not sure what happened to it and why it wouldn't turn on. I was using it and it just went off. I really hope someone can explain to me and possibly tell me how I can get the ssd up and running again because I had alot of important data on it. Anyways thank you in advance. Hope to hear back soon.
The laptop was manufactured by a specific company, but you should contact them directly to request a repair. Include the model number and any relevant details when sending it for service.
