Hi everyone, I’m having some issues with my Logitech G703. Everything was fine until recently. I’ve been adjusting the DPI on the Logitech G hub to speed up my mouse movement. However, when I leave the mouse inactive for a short time and then activate it again, the speed returns to the default setting without DPI, and after about two seconds it resumes normal DPI behavior. Do you know why this happens? Also, I noticed my mouse speed drops to the default when I’m on the login screen during startup. Are others experiencing the same thing? Thanks.

It looks like the DPI adjustments weren't applied to the actual mouse. You might prefer using Logitech Gaming Software instead, since the saving feature doesn't seem to work in G Hub, even though those tips are outdated.

The system does not function properly. Attempting onboard memory mode and restarting the computer doesn't restore the DPI to its original setting. Logitech Gaming Software isn't working with this mouse.

It could be the mouse or the software. It seems like it might be the mouse. I would consider adjusting the DPI on another PC.

I'm facing the same issue as riotstreet. The same mouse, started about a week ago. Did you discover a solution?
