After roughly 15 months of use, my Logitech G Pro X Superlight Mouse stopped working unexpectedly and won’t power on. Some notes: the battery indicator remains off, and the computer doesn’t receive signals from the device. Windows 10 identifies the USB-A wireless receiver, but the mouse doesn’t work when plugged in. All internal cables are connected, though the battery adhesive has loosened. When attempting to use the Device Pairing Tool on G Hub, it reports the mouse is disconnected. The highlighted spot in the image feels warm when the mouse is on, but not when off. What steps can I take to fix this, and what’s happening here? Thanks for any suggestions.

Consider these troubleshooting actions:
Verify the battery and connections: Inspect all connections carefully, as a loose adhesive could be the problem. Reapply adhesive or ensure the battery is properly secured.
Address heat concerns: A hot spot may indicate a faulty component. Look for any visible damage.
Test on another computer: Determine if the issue continues on another system to identify driver or software problems.

Hey there, just checking in—did you manage to solve the problem? I've been working on it too and haven't found the fix yet.
