Hello, I own a Master 3 mouse and full-size keybored MX keys. Both devices function well on my older and newer Macs, as well as my other older Windows PC running Windows 10. Recently, I bought a new gaming PC with updated drivers, but I’m experiencing connection problems and Lacey issues. I don’t have the corresponding dongle for either device—they’re both using Bluetooth. My operating system is Windows 11. Does anyone else face this issue or know a solution?

Consider selecting a receiver. The Bluetooth sender might not be positioned well for your devices.

Find a fresh adapter and set it up for both models. Refer to the guides at the provided links. Note that unify and bolt options exist; I haven’t tried bolt yet, but look for device icons indicating compatibility.
