Friends visited and when they went, my PC repeatedly changed its lock screen to an image of a man. No one touched or installed anything; it already ran a malware scan and found nothing. Do you have any solution? I can’t even locate the picture on my system.

Have you ever attempted to change to Windows Spotlight or similar settings? I think it might be possible to secure it through the registry, so give it a try.

It's interesting I didn't change to Windows Spotlight originally...

You changed to another method such as a slide or window spotlight, and then it returned to that person automatically.

It seems like you're curious about whether this idea fits into a larger pattern.

It began resuming once more even after turning off the spotlight.

Have you attempted removing that image? It should be saved elsewhere.
