The lights work, but your PC isn't responding.
Recently I received a new case and made all the changes. I double-checked everything since this was my first time setting up a PC. The first thing that happened was playing Assetto, and suddenly my computer shut down even though the power stayed on. When I turned it back on, I saw a recovery blue screen, but then it stopped working and only the RAM lights came on.
How many RAM sticks are there? Remove one or just check one at a time. Run MemTest on each stick, try them in different slots, slightly loosen the CPU cooler.
