About two months after setting up my PC, I upgraded from the free CPU cooler to a quieter, better model with an RGB fan. I connected it and everything functions properly, matching the colors of the other components. However, the fan light stays on even when the PC is off—it flickers in and out like it's breathing. I attempted to adjust the settings so the lights turn off when the PC is powered down, but that didn’t work. The only solution I found was disconnecting the lights, which then stopped working altogether.

You might want to look at your bios for RGB settings, though I’m not sure what to do if you’re unsure.
