Hey, your siblings' PC is having issues connecting the keyboard. It seems the problem started about a week ago and now the connection is completely lost, even though other USB devices work fine. The keyboard stops working entirely when plugged in, while the mouse works instantly. Have you tried checking the USB cable or trying a different port?

Lenovos appear odd and seem to function only with certain hardware. The differences between models can be noticeable. Want to know why?

Is there any significant twisting or bending in the keyboard's cable? Did you examine the port carefully? It might indicate a problem with the connection.

It looks like the connector was significantly damaged, so I had to reattach it using solder.
