Hello! I'm wondering if someone has encountered this issue and can help me resolve it. After months of working with Riot Support, we were unable to fix it. Then I tried on my own without success, and I'm unsure what to do next. Did anyone else face the same problem? I really need assistance. Thanks since now.

PS: I've been playing my PC for years, but suddenly this happened. Other Riot games like Valorant are fine, and it's just a one-time thing, right?
