everytime I run something like the league of legends client and it needs a patch it seems to throttle everything else that im trying to do. For instance Im not really able to search for anything in any browser. When I tried to pull up this page and type this question in the textbox while the client was patching words would lag and not appear for 10+ seconds later.
This is a brand new MSI laptop the GF63 8RC so given it's specs Im not really sure why this is occurring. I've never had something happen like this on lower quality machines.

There isn't any malware, but it has exhibited this behavior since installation. It appears to do the same thing when Windows updates were running upon initial startup.
