Hello! Please note this isn’t the right forum area. I recently purchased a new PC about two months ago. I’ve returned it twice to the manufacturer for repairs, but they couldn’t locate any issues, so I’m reaching out here instead. My concerns are related to stuttering, decreasing FPS, and low GPU utilization in most games. The temperatures across all titles remain very stable, nothing is excessively hot. I suspect there isn’t a hardware bottleneck.

Here are my specifications:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
- Motherboard: ASUS Rog Strix x570F-Gaming-ATX/X570
- Case: Corsair Obsidian 500D +3 fans ingress
- Power Supply: Corsair RM750X V2 / 80+
- Cooling: Corsair H100i RGB Platinum / iCUE-RGB / 240mm
- GPU: MSI GeForce Rtx 2080 SuperGaming X Trio
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB (2x16GB) / Ryzen / 3600MHz / DDR4 / CL18 / CMW32GX4M2Z3600C18
- Monitor: Acer Nitro XZ272UP / 27", VA, WQHD, 165Hz, 4ms, curved, dual HDMI/DP, VESA compatible, compact
- Storage: Samsung SSD 860 QVO 2TB

I can play Assassin’s Creed Odyssey without issues and it runs smoothly. However, in games like Dead by Daylight, SMITE, Ryse: Son of Rome, Crysis 3, Age of Empires 3, the GPU usage is low—around 54%—and I experience significant stuttering with FPS drops.

I’ve tried everything:
- Set power to max performance
- Tried turning VSync on/off, no effect
- Updated all drivers
- Disabled Xbox app
- Scanned for viruses, none found
- Reinstalled Windows
- Reinstalled games, no improvement

I also used MSI Afterburner. The PC feels sluggish too; it takes 3–4 minutes daily to boot, even with an SSD. I haven’t overclocked.

My budget is around €2,500. It seems like a waste of money if it doesn’t work. I’ve already contacted the seller and they’re requesting a third inspection. I can’t return the device for a refund since the company won’t allow it unless issues are confirmed. Thank you all for your help!

Yes, it's possible to insert RAM in slots 2 and 4. The BIOS should have DocP enabled.
