Hello, your AMD CPU stopped working recently. You replaced it with an Intel CPU, motherboard, and rebuilt the PC. It boots into BIOS and recognizes your storage devices, but you can't use them as boot options. Windows is on your SSD, yet you can't select it as a boot choice. The issue seems related to the motherboard model MSI MAG Z690 TOMAHAWK CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K.

Consider trying to disconnect all other storage devices and see if that resolves the issue.
