You might want to stop forcing the flash bios button. Begin by taking out the GPU and leaving only one RAM stick. Also, take out and reinsert the CMOS battery. Then go through the same steps again—turn off the PSU, then turn it back on, and adjust the bridge power switch pins.

Disconnect all power sources and reattach them. Change the RAM module to another slot and install it in a different position. Inspect the connections on the monitor.

No, the two pins were shortened. You linked the HDMI cable to the motherboard after removing the GPU. Edited February 14, 2024 by leclod

Restored connections, cleared out all but the motherboard and CPU cables, swapped the RAM. No issues. The monitor followed suit.
