Hello, I need your help here. My battery isn’t charging at all—only via USB-C with DP. I’m having trouble with my Razer Blade Stealth 13" (2019 model, RZ09-0281x). Three weeks ago my original 65W charger stopped working, but I have a monitor at home that supports USB-C PD and DisplayPort, so I could still charge it. Then I bought a new Anker 65W Nano USB-C charger, hoping it would fix the issue. Still, my laptop won’t charge with it. I’ve tried updating drivers, removing the battery and controller from Device Manager, installing the latest Windows updates, running troubleshooting tools, even trying Linux to see if the charger shows up in the terminal. It only appears for the monitor charger. I reinstalled Windows and unplugged the battery a few times, but it didn’t help. The laptop also charges with a similar monitor using USB-C PD, but not with other laptop chargers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—I’m exhausted and can’t seem to find another solution.

I’d use a pass-through USB-PD power meter to compare what the monitor sends versus the Anker charger. Have you experimented with different cables? USB-PD often has strict requirements for them.

Both screens display 65W according to the manual, matching the power of the Anker and the original device. It looks like a common issue—swapping the cables might fix it. However, I've already tried that without success.
