The laptop stopped working and the blue screen kept appearing.
My laptop stopped working unexpectedly. It had screen stuttering and tearing problems, though I didn't notice them closely—I wasn't sure if they were connected. There were multiple system error codes appearing repeatedly and a blue screen. Some codes included: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0xc0000139, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION CACHE (can't get it to reappear), KSystem (can't get to reappear). I tried automatic diagnosis and repair, but the last update uninstallation didn't change anything. After that, I reset the PC by keeping files, which still triggered a blue screen at about 1%. Resetting again by deleting all files worked but showed an error. It's a Razer RTX3060 laptop with i7-11800H processor.
