Hi all,
I recently installed Windows 10 on a DELL Vostro 15 and everything proceeded smoothly during the setup, with the laptop turning off and on at least twice as expected. After that, I started installing the updates and rebooted. At this point, the device took about 10 seconds to load and immediately shut down as soon as the Windows logo appeared with the spinning wheel. When I tried to turn it on, it would sometimes work, but most of the time it shut down right when loading Windows began. I attempted to replace the SSD, but nothing changed. The power supply is genuine, and the battery rating is excellent. I ran a DELL hardware scan, and all drivers were listed without warnings. I’m now unsure what to do next.

I performed a fresh setup of Windows 10.
Where did you obtain the installer for the operating system? Did you install it without using the internet?
DELL Vostro 15
Could you verify if your device has any pending BIOS updates?
If the laptop is brand new, you should return it or arrange for a replacement, as this is unusual at launch.

Thank you for your answer.
The Windows installer is the genuine one from Microsoft that I used for tens of other laptops with no issues.
Bios is updated to the latest version
This is an old laptop with a 7th generation Intel CPU that supports windows 10 according to the DELL website (providing the drivers too)
