Link your display to the HDMI slot and verify it appears as connected. Next, you might have to adjust your output settings in the sound menu manually. If this fails, reinstall the Intel GPU drivers from their official site.

It looks like Intel SST is present, which suggests it's functional. You might want to turn off Realtek in Device Manager and see if that switches it to Intel SST. Alternatively, you could uninstall the Intel SST driver to bring it back to the standard audio device.
