I own a HP Omen 15z-en100 device (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, Nvidia RTX 3070, 32GB DDR4 RAM). It has been experiencing delays when trying to access Windows services or UWP applications that rely on Microsoft services. This includes updates, the Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and games like Minecraft installed via the Store. When checking for updates, the process hangs with a loading indicator until it connects to Microsoft. The Store displays a loading screen, the Xbox app remains on the launch screen, and Minecraft Launcher stays on the sign-in page. I ran an experiment over the weekend by launching all affected apps simultaneously. It took about 50 minutes for the machine to sit idle before connecting, and all apps synchronized their connection at once. The issue resembles memory issues—like forgetting how to access something after a brief pause. Once it "remembers," it connects quickly during the day or sometimes the next day, even after reboots. However, if I go offline for a few days, it loses that ability. The problem isn’t related to my internet speed; it occurs regardless of network type and remains stable when checking speeds. Other Windows machines on the same network connect normally, while mine struggle. I can browse Microsoft sites in a browser without issues during the outage, suggesting the problem lies deeper. The built-in troubleshooters didn’t resolve it. A forum user recommended skipping automatic startup for time broker, but that didn’t help. If you have more details or steps tried, let me know. Thanks, KP
