Yes, it might be a hardware issue with the connection point. I've also tested other devices like splitters and combiners, but nothing worked. Using a different microphone and headphones didn't help either. Could the port itself be faulty?

It shouldn't appear as a digital device. When you connect and choose Realtek as the output, they should produce sound. Testing the microphone at 30dBA with 90% volume will capture audio.

The input is functioning correctly. The microphone on the headset isn't being detected. It's missing from Discord and the settings section of the original post. Audio plays fine, but the mic isn't visible for some reason.

You're correct... there were some old drivers for Realtek, so I'm not downloading them right now. I'll keep an eye on it.
